Because our merchandise includes liquidation, overstock, and one-of-a-kind items that cannot be restocked, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer, or buyer's remorse. If we make a mistake, we make it right: if you receive the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at infowenuluv@gmail.com or (714) 718-5372 with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we will ship the correct item or a replacement of equal value. Digital products and services (including The Listening Room sessions and downloadable bundles) are non-refundable once delivered or the session has taken place.
