Memphis whole cake bread, cooked bazlama-style on a screaming-hot griddle until it puffs like a pillow — soft, golden, and made to be torn open hot with maple syrup and butter. This is Candy's Creation: the bread her big sister made her when she was a hungry little kid, now made for you. SO GOOD YOU'LL KISS DA PLATE. Reheat 10 seconds and it's fresh off the griddle again.
